Absolutely, yes! For example: If you like a design I have listed on a greeting card, but want to purchase it as a puzzle, you have two options. You can use the “Transfer Design” feature found on every product listing page on Zazzle to easily transfer the design to any product. Or, you can sent me a quick message and ask me to do it for you - I’m happy to help! This is a great example of why partnering with Zazzle is so beneficial. My designs can be purchased on any of their extensive list of available products.

Yes! Most of the items in my shop are customizable. You can add your own text, change colors, or select different product styles to make it uniquely yours. Simply choose the item and use the design tool on Zazzle to personalize it. Need help? Send me a message on Zazzle with your request.

To get started with a custom order, reach out by sending me a message on Zazzle to check my availability. We can discuss your ideas and what products you are interested in having designed for you.

For design requests that do not require custom artwork there is no fee. Reach out, let me know what design you’re interested in and what product(s) you need. I can typically redesign an existing artwork onto the product of your choice in just a day or two.
If you’re interested in commissioning custom artwork for your event stationery or other products, please feel free to reach out to me through Zazzle. I’d love to hear your ideas—please provide as much detail as possible so we can bring your vision to life. Once I understand your needs, we can discuss the commission fee. Keep in mind that the time and skill involved will vary based on the complexity of your request. For example, a simple digital graphic, like your grandmother’s favorite flower for birthday invitations, will take significantly less time to create than a more intricate watercolor artwork for memorial cards.

No! Unlike Etsy, I am not fulfilling orders myself. Unfortunately, I cannot access your order once it has been placed. I never see your edits or personal information. I would recommend that you cancel your order as soon as possible and then reorder with your corrections. If it’s too late to cancel, don’t worry. Zazzle has excellent customer service and a generous return policy.

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom made artwork/commissions. However, if your order arrives damaged or you have issues with the quality, please contact Zazzle’s customer service team, and they’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
